Galactico in short means superstar. What makes somebody a superstar in their craft is the ability to do the simple things so well that they can make them more complex. Some examples are a quarterback throwing a no look pass, a singer hitting certain musical notes, a parent who is able to manage a full time career while raising kids and still being able to like what they see in the mirror.

So, at Galactico Fitness we pride ourselves in helping people become superstars of their own life. We help them build a lasting foundation of nutrition and fitness habits that work specifically for them, so that they can advance to more complex habits if they want to.

Individual Design
Individual Design is a program that combines workouts and nutrition counseling that is tailored for your specific lifestyle. We focus on meeting you at your current ability and building you up gradually to your specific goals.
Includes:
Goal setting meeting
Baseline evaluation
Tailored training and nutrition plan
Daily accountability through TrueCoach
2x Personal training sessions per month
Monthly Inbody Scan use
I.D. Training Only
Individual Design training has similar benefits as full I.D, however the focus is mainly on the training aspect. Workouts are created for you every week based on your goals and what exercises you enjoy along with your baseline evaluation results. Our objective is to ensure you stay injury free and still make strides towards your goals.

1x Personal training session per month
Monthly Inbody Scan use
Nutrition Counseling
Just like Individual Design, we DO NOT believe in one generalized plan. Nutrition will be tailored towards your training and overall goals to make sure this process is sustainable and enjoyable.
