A few years ago I was looking for a change in my fitness program. My wife was already working with Casey and encouraged me to give it a try. I’ve now been working with Casey for about four years for my individualized fitness programming and nutrition. Casey has motivated me to incorporate fitness and nutrition into my lifestyle. My main focus is functional bodybuilding and he has continued to vary my workouts to keep me looking forward to my workouts. He checks in regularly and is always asking for input on any movements I may want to do or change up. I truly believe without Casey my fitness and nutrition would look a lot different.
